Description: 

The team visited ongoing and completed renewable energy and energy efficiency projects supported by GDC in the region. The team visited the Ministry of Water Supply, Irrigation and Energy (MoWSIE), KoshiProvince, Biratnagar Metropolitan City and the Chamber of Industries Morang (CIM); exchanging on their initiatives for the promotion of energy efficiency and renewable energy. The team also visited several industries in the area, where industrialists shared their experiences and benefits of energy auditing and implementation of energy efficiency measures.
